Privacy Policy

This policy explains how the DuoCamera app ("DuoCamera", "the app") and this website handle information. DuoCamera is made by zzStudio ("we", "us").

Camera and microphone

DuoCamera uses the camera to show live previews and to take photos and videos, including the front and rear cameras together on supported devices. The microphone records sound in videos. You can record without sound if you don't allow microphone access.

Camera and microphone input is processed on your device. We never receive, upload or store it.

Your photos and videos

• Captures are stored in the app's own storage on your device. They're removed when you delete them in the gallery or delete the app.
• DuoCamera asks for add-only Photos access. It can save new captures to your library, but it can't see your existing photos or videos.
• Copies you save to Photos stay there after you delete them in DuoCamera.
• When you share a capture, it goes to the app or service you choose, and that service's own privacy policy applies.
• App data, including captures, may be included in your device backups (for example iCloud Backup), depending on your settings.

Settings

Preferences such as your chosen look, capture mode and save options are stored on your device only.

Purchases

Payments for DuoCamera Pro are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We never see your payment details.

We use RevenueCat to confirm purchases and unlock Pro. To do this, the app sends RevenueCat an anonymous, randomly generated app user ID, your purchase and transaction information from Apple, and basic technical details such as app version, operating system version and App Store country. Like any internet request, this also includes your IP address. This information is used only to provide and restore your purchases. It is not used for advertising, and it is not linked to your name, email or photos.

Crash reports

If DuoCamera crashes, it sends an anonymous crash report through Firebase Crashlytics, a service provided by Google. We use these reports only to find and fix problems in the app.

A crash report includes:

• Technical details of the crash, such as the stack trace and the state of the app when it happened.
• Device and app details, such as device model, operating system version, app version, orientation, and available memory and storage.
• A random installation identifier generated by Crashlytics, so we can tell how many installations a problem affects. It isn't linked to your name, email, Apple Account or purchases, and it's reset if you delete and reinstall the app.

Like any internet request, sending a report also shares your IP address with Google. Crash reports never include your photos, videos, camera or microphone input. Google processes them on our behalf and keeps them for 90 days.

What we don't do

• No accounts or sign-in.
• No advertising, and no advertising identifiers.
• No usage analytics, and no tracking across apps and websites.
• No selling or renting of your information.

This website

This website doesn't use cookies, analytics or tracking. It's hosted on Cloudflare, which processes basic request data such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the site. Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address when your browser requests them. See the Cloudflare and Google privacy policies.

Your choices

• You can turn camera, microphone and Photos access on or off at any time in the Settings app. DuoCamera will explain what stops working.
• Deleting DuoCamera removes its captures and settings from your device.
• To ask about purchase information held by RevenueCat, or to request its deletion, email support@zzstudio.io.vn.

Children

DuoCamera isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update it on this page and change the date at the top.
