DuoCamera

Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the DuoCamera app ("DuoCamera", "the app"), made by zzStudio ("we", "us"). By downloading or using DuoCamera, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the app.

License

DuoCamera is licensed to you, not sold. Your use of the app is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. If these terms and Apple's agreement conflict, Apple's agreement applies to the extent of the conflict.

Free and Pro

DuoCamera is free to download. The free version includes a limited number of photos or videos per day, a selection of looks, and a small watermark on exported captures. DuoCamera Pro unlocks unlimited captures, all looks, watermark-free output and additional camera controls on supported devices. Current plan details are shown in the app before you buy.

Subscriptions and lifetime purchases

• Monthly subscription. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase. The subscription renews automatically each month unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Managing your subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings on your device. Canceling stops future renewals; Pro stays active until the end of the period you've paid for.
• Free trials. If a free trial is offered, any unused part of it ends when you buy a subscription.
• Lifetime. The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Pro for as long as DuoCamera is available on the App Store, with no renewal.
• Restoring. Use Restore Purchases in the app to unlock Pro on another device signed in to the same Apple Account.
• Refunds. Purchases are handled by Apple, and refunds are subject to Apple's policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• Prices. Prices are shown in the App Store and in the app, and may vary by country. If a subscription price changes, Apple will notify you as required.

Your content

The photos and videos you take with DuoCamera are yours. We don't claim any rights to them, and we don't have access to them. They're stored on your device, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for backing up anything you want to keep. Deleting a capture in the app, or deleting the app, removes it from DuoCamera's storage and can't be undone.

Using DuoCamera responsibly

DuoCamera records the front and rear cameras at the same time, so it may capture people who aren't the main subject. You agree to respect other people's privacy, to follow the laws where you record, and not to use DuoCamera to record anyone without the consent the law requires.

Device support

Capturing both cameras at once requires hardware that supports simultaneous front and rear capture. On other devices DuoCamera uses a single camera. Some features, such as Night and HDR controls, depend on your device's cameras. We may add, change or remove features in updates.

Disclaimer

DuoCamera is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties, express or implied, including that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, zzStudio isn't liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for lost data or captures, arising from your use of DuoCamera. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for DuoCamera Pro in the 12 months before the claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We'll post the new version on this page and change the date at the top. By continuing to use DuoCamera after an update, you accept the new terms.
